Choose a PayGo plan that suits your home and pay monthly at participating Pay@ retailers, selected spaza stores, or with card. Each successful payment keeps your system active for the next month. If you miss a payment, service is paused until the account is brought up to date. Once the agreed term is complete, the system belongs to you.

Once your application has been submitted, you can expect a call from our team to complete the approval process.

Once approved, pay your deposit and first month's instalment. Top up at any of the Pay@ partners listed below.

Receive your system
DIY products are delivered ready to use. For our inverter systems, our technicians handle the full installation.
After payoff
Solar Maintenance Service Agreement.
Once your payment term is complete and you own your system, we offer a maintenance service agreement to keep it running.
- No labour charges on any maintenance visit — you only pay for parts
- 24-hour response to callouts during business hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30)
- 1-year warranty on all parts replaced by KES
- After-hours callouts (charged at standard rates)
- Damage from vandalism, misuse, or unauthorised modifications
- Damage from adverse weather, excessive voltage, or water

Is there a credit check?
No. We don't run a credit check, we don't look at your bank account, and we don't need a payslip. We only need your South African ID.
What happens if I can't pay one month?
Your system simply pauses until your next payment - it never cancels. You don't lose what you've already paid, and there's no penalty interest.
What does "own it" actually mean?
After you complete the monthly payments for your selected plan term, we hand over full legal ownership. The panels, the battery, every light: yours. No final balloon payment.
How long will the system last?
The solar panels carry a 20-year warranty. The lithium battery is covered for 5, and typically runs 8-10 years.
What if something breaks?
Call your agent first - 80% of issues are solved on a single visit. If we need to replace a part under warranty, we do it free.
Do I need a roof?
Any solid roof works - tin, tile, thatch. If you don't have a suitable roof we can fit a ground-mount pole in your yard.
